No commercial resale of any gravesites.

One (1) headstone and/or two (2) footers are allowed per half lot.

Headstones and footers shall only be granite, marble, or stone in a gray, black, or similar variation thereof.

Only small traditional American flags shall be allowed on any grave site.

Other than small traditional American flags, no other flags, lights of any kind, or plants, other than flower arrangements which can be removed, shall be allowed on any gravesite.

No flagpole, statue, structure, or device of any kind shall be placed or located upon the site.

SPOC shall not be liable for any vandalism or damage to gravesite/headstone/niche.

All parts of the grave construction shall be twelve (12) inches below the general surface of the lot.

No excess dirt from the grave or otherwise shall be placed on the grave or lot.

No vehicle shall be driven on any lot(s).

The permanent corner post markers shall not be removed and no others placed therein.

All footstones shall be level with the ground.

All grave markers shall be placed on a straight line eighteen (18) inches from the line of the lot(s).

The placing of vaults, the digging of the graves, and the placing of any grave markers shall be under the supervision and control of SPOC, its agents or employees.

The grass shall not be disturbed by piling excess dirt, etc., on the lot.

No animals or pets shall be buried in a gravesite.

All flowers shall be removed from the lot before March 15th to prepare for spring cleanup, and November 1st to prepare for fall cleanup.
